Porting Your Number to Parrot Mobile
We make it easy to port your number over to Parrot Mobile. Following the steps below will set you up for success.
When can you port your number?

During Checkout
During the checkout process, you will have the option to select Transfer Number. A field will display for you to enter your current phone number.
We will then verify the eligibility of your phone number and confirm if we can initiate the porting process.

After Activation
At any time after activation, you can contact our support team at support@parrotmobile.com to initiate a number porting request.
Porting Requirements
Making sure the steps below are followed will help ensure your porting process is successful:
- The number is active and in good standing with your current carrier
- You are an authorized user on the current account
- You have the account number for your current carrier
- You have the account PIN (if applicable for mobile carriers)
- Additional information may be required during review, such as:
- A current copy of your phone bill
- A signed LOA (Letter of Authorization)
Porting Timeline and Common Delays
Under the most ideal circumstances, porting your number over to Parrot Mobile will typically take a few hours. In some cases, it could take up to 24–48 business hours. It is incredibly important to make sure the information provided to us is 100% accurate.
Even the smallest mismatch in information can cause unwanted delays. To save time and avoid frustration, we recommend that you double-check all information before submitting.
Note: Do not cancel your current phone plan or phone number with your current carrier until we have confirmed a successful port. Closing your account too early might result in your number being lost.
