What to Do If You Can’t Access Your Account

Account access issues can be really frustrating, but luckily they are pretty easy to resolve. Below you will find basic troubleshooting steps that may help you resolve your issue prior to reaching out to support.

If you are unable to login, you may want to first start with a password reset on the login page.

Enter your email address.

A password reset link will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

If you do not see the email in your main mailbox, be sure to check your spam and promotional folders.

- Logged in but still having issues? If you are experiencing problems with site responsiveness or loading issues, try these steps in order:
- Try a different browser. Using Chrome? Try Firefox or Safari (and vice versa).
- Try an incognito window or private browser.
- Clear your cache and cookies.
- On the mobile app? Try accessing your account with the browser on your device instead to confirm if the issue is app-related.
