Update your name, sign-in email, and mailing address under More > Settings > Profile. Your password, passkeys, and 2FA are under More > Settings > Security, and cards are under More > Account billing.
Change your name or email
- Sign in at app.parrotmobile.com.
- Open More (top bar on a computer, bottom bar on a phone) > Settings > Profile.
- Under Your information, edit First name, Last name, or Email address.
- Click Save.
Your email address is what you sign in with and where we send bills, password resets, and transfer updates. After changing it, sign in with the new address.
Profile name vs caller ID name
Your profile name is the name on your account. It is not the caller ID name shown on outgoing calls. See Caller ID (CNAM): How Your Name Shows on Outgoing Calls.
Change your mailing address
Your address is where we send bills and physical SIMs, and it is used to calculate taxes on your bills.
- Go to More > Settings > Profile.
- Under Your address, update Address, Apartment, suite, etc., City, State / Province, Zip code, and Country.
- Click Save.
Your line's emergency address for Wi-Fi calling is set separately for each line. See Setting Your E911 Emergency Address (Required for Wi-Fi Calling).
Change your password
- Go to More > Settings > Security.
- Under Sign-in Methods, click Change password (or Create password if you normally sign in another way).
Forgot your password? Reset it at app.parrotmobile.com/password-reset.
Other account settings
- Payment methods: More > Account billing. See How to Update Payment Information.
- Signed-in devices: More > Settings > Sessions.
- Push notifications: More > Settings > Notifications.
- Language and theme: in the More menu.
- Line name: More > Line settings > Line info.
