What to Do If You Can't Access Your Account

Modified on Wed, 23 Sep at 12:37 AM

Sign in at app.parrotmobile.com with your email and password, a passkey, or Google or Apple. If you forgot your password, click Forgot password? on the sign-in page and we'll email you a reset link. If you're stuck on the two-factor step, use a backup code or contact support.

Ways to sign in

  • Email address and password, then Sign in.
  • Sign in with a passkey (Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello, or a security key), if you've added one.
  • Google or Sign in with Apple, if you signed up that way or linked it.

Your Parrot Mobile account also works on Calls.app and Jelly eSIM, and the same email and password work on all of them.

Forgot your password

  1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot password? (or go to app.parrotmobile.com/password-reset).
  2. Enter your Email address and click Request Password Reset.
  3. Open the email and click the reset link.
  4. Enter a new Password and Confirm Password, then click Reset Password. Passwords need at least 12 characters with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a number.

Signed up with Google or Apple and never set a password? Use that button to sign in instead. You can add a password later under More > Settings > Security.

Reset email didn't arrive

  1. Check the email address for typos. It must be the one on your account.
  2. Check spam, junk, and promotions folders.
  3. Add support@parrotmobile.com to your contacts.
  4. Wait a couple of minutes, then request a new link. Only the newest link works.

Stuck on the two-factor step

If you turned on two-factor authentication, you'll see Multi-factor authentication required after your password. Pick a tab:

  • Authenticator: enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app.
  • Email: click Send Code and enter the 6-digit code we email you.
  • Passkey: use your device's biometrics or security key.
  • Backup Code: enter one of the backup codes you saved during setup. Each works once.

Lost your phone and your backup codes? Email support@parrotmobile.com from the email on your account. We verify your identity before removing two-factor. See Two-Factor Authentication and Your Support PIN.

No longer have access to your email

Email support@parrotmobile.com from your new address with your name, your Parrot Mobile phone number, and your old account email. We'll verify your identity before making changes.

Just need to pay a bill?

You can pay without signing in at parrotmobile.com/pay-bill. You'll verify with your phone number and a one-time code.

Signed in but pages won't load

  1. Refresh the page, or try a private or incognito window.
  2. Try a different browser.
  3. Clear your browser's cache and cookies (Chrome, Safari, Firefox).
  4. Turn off ad blockers or VPNs for parrotmobile.com.

Still stuck? Email support@parrotmobile.com with the error message, a screenshot, and the browser and device you're using.
