Your Parrot Mobile eSIM is always available in two places: the activation email we send you, and your account. You never have to hunt for a QR code - open whichever is handier and install in seconds.
Two ways to get to your eSIM
From your email. When your eSIM is ready we email you a one-tap Install eSIM link and a QR code. The link opens a simple install page that works without signing in, so it's perfect if you bought on your computer and want to install on your phone.
From your account. Sign in at parrotmobile.com/app, open the line you want, and go to Settings. Under Your eSIM you'll find the same one-tap install buttons, QR code, and manual setup details.
Choose how you install
However you get there, you'll see three options. Pick whichever fits the phone in your hand:
One-tap install (fastest). On the phone you want to use, tap Install eSIM. On iPhone (iOS 17.4+) and supported Android phones, your device adds the eSIM for you - no scanning required.
Scan the QR code. If you're already viewing the install page or email on the phone you want to activate, show the QR code on a second screen (another phone or a computer) and scan it with the phone you're setting up.
Manual setup. Open Advanced / manual setup to copy the SM-DP+ address and activation code and enter them by hand under Settings > Add eSIM > Enter details manually.
Stay on Wi-Fi while installing
Installing an eSIM downloads a profile, so keep a stable Wi-Fi connection until it finishes.
An eSIM installs on one device at a time
Install your eSIM on the phone you actually intend to use. If you need to move it to a new device, request a replacement eSIM - see Replacing Your SIM or eSIM.
