Updating Your Account Email, Name, and Mailing Address

Modified on Sun, 19 Apr at 12:33 AM

You can update most of your account details directly from the dashboard. Here's where each setting lives.

Personal Information (Name, Phone, Profile)

  1. Sign in at https://www.parrotmobile.com/app.

  2. Open Settings > Profile.

  3. Edit your name and any other profile details, then click Save.

Your profile name is the name on your billing account. It's not the same as the caller ID name that displays on outgoing calls — see Caller ID (CNAM): How Your Name Shows on Outgoing Calls.

Mailing and Shipping Address

Your address is used for:

  • Mailing physical SIMs.

  • Billing and tax calculations.

  • Your line's E911 Emergency Address is separate and set per-line.

To update:

  1. Open Settings > Profile.

  2. Scroll to the Address section.

  3. Edit and click Save.

Sign-In Email

Your sign-in email is what you use to log in and where we send important account notifications (invoices, password resets, port updates).

  1. Open Settings > Security.

  2. In the Sign-In Methods section, edit your email and follow the verification prompt sent to the new address.

  3. Confirm the verification link in your inbox to finalize the change.

Until you confirm the verification link, you'll keep signing in with your old email.

Password

  1. Open Settings > Security.

  2. Use the Change Password form. You'll need your current password.

If you've forgotten your password, use https://www.parrotmobile.com/app/password-reset.

Payment Method

Payment methods are managed separately from profile info. See How to Update Payment Information.

Active Sessions

To see where you're signed in (and sign out anything you don't recognize), open Settings > Sessions.

Need to Change Something Else?

If a field isn't editable in the dashboard — for example, a typo in your legal name on file — email support@parrotmobile.com from your account email and we'll help update it.
