How to Reach Parrot Mobile Support

We are here to help and ready to assist you with any of your support needs. Our goal is to respond to your inquiries within a few hours, but you should hear from us within 24 business hours.

  1. Existing Customer?

    If you are an existing customer, you can easily reach the support team directly from within our user portal.

    Login to the portal and click the Support question mark to be redirected to our Help Center, where you can browse support articles or submit a support ticket if needed.

  2. Not an Existing Customer?

    Our support team is here to help you via email, and you can reach us at support@parrotmobile.com.

    You will receive a confirmation email letting you know your ticket was successfully created.

  3. Create a Support Ticket

    If you need assistance, you can easily reach our support team by creating a ticket. Just visit support.parrotmobile.com. On the top right corner of the page, click “Submit a Ticket” to get started. Or, go directly to the ticket submission page here

  4. Phone Support?

    Dialing 611 from your mobile device will provide you with more information on how to get in touch with our support team.
