If you need to update your payment information, here is how to do so easily.
Payment methods on your Parrot Mobile account come in two flavours:
Account-level payment methods are stored on your account and can be used on any line.
Line-level payment methods are the specific card or bank account a particular line is set to charge each renewal.
Add or Remove Payment Methods (Account)
From your account in Settings → Billing, you can add a new card or bank account, set a default, or remove one you no longer use.
Change the Payment Method for a Specific Line
Open the line whose payment method you want to change.
Open the Billing section near the top of that line’s settings page.
Pick the payment method you want to use for that line’s renewals and any one-time charges.
