You can change your plan or add a one-time top-up at any time from your dashboard at https://www.parrotmobile.com/app. Each line on your account is managed independently — changing one line's plan doesn't affect the others.
Changing Your Plan
Use a plan change when you want to permanently move a line to a different monthly plan (more data, fewer minutes, etc.).
Sign in at https://www.parrotmobile.com/app.
Open the line whose plan you want to change.
On the Home tab, click Change Plan.
Pick the new plan from the list and confirm.
You can browse current plans and pricing on our Plans page.
Plan changes apply to the line you have selected. If you have multiple lines and want all of them updated, repeat the steps above for each one.
Buying a Top-Up
A top-up is a one-time add-on for extra data, minutes, or texts on top of your existing plan. Top-ups are useful when:
You're about to run out of data before your renewal date
You're traveling or have a heavier-than-usual month
You don't want to permanently change to a larger plan
How to Add a Top-Up
Sign in at https://www.parrotmobile.com/app.
Open the line you want to top up.
Click the Top-Ups tab.
Pick the top-up package you want and complete the purchase.
Top-ups become available immediately and remain valid until that line's current plan cycle expires. If you don't use a top-up before the cycle ends, it does not roll over.
Frequently Asked Questions
When does my new plan take effect?
Plan changes take effect right away on the line you selected. Your renewal date and exact billing impact will be shown in the confirmation step before you confirm the change. If you're unsure, take a screenshot of the confirmation page and email us at support@parrotmobile.com before confirming.
Will I get a refund for my old plan?
We'll calculate any credit or new charge as part of the plan change. The exact amount is shown in the confirmation step.
Can I downgrade?
Yes — you can move to a smaller plan the same way you upgrade. Just pick the smaller plan during the change flow.
Do top-ups roll over?
No. Any unused top-up data, minutes, or texts expire at the end of your current plan cycle.
