Billing Cycle FAQs

Modified on Mon, 5 Jan at 12:04 PM

Curious about your billing cycle? Here’s what you need to know:

  1. I have multiple lines. How does billing work?

The billing cycle for each line on the account is contingent upon its activation date.

Example: Line 1 was activated on the 15th — it will renew and be billed on the 16th of the following month. Line 2 was activated on the 22nd — it will renew and be billed on the 23rd of the following month.

  2. What is my billing cycle and renewal date?

You can view the billing cycle and renewal date of each line by logging into your account and selecting that particular line.

    To locate your renewal date:

    • Select the phone number from the navigation menu on the left side of the page.
    • Once selected, the line overview will appear on the right.
    • Under the Overview tab, you will see the renewal date listed next to "Renews on.

  3. Can I disable my auto-renewal?

Yes, you can disable auto-renewal for any line you choose. Once disabled, the line will remain active for the remainder of the current billing cycle and will be deactivated at the start of the next cycle.
