You can cancel any line on your account at any time. Cancelling stops the line from auto-renewing — your service stays active through the end of the current billing cycle, and the line is fully disconnected after that.
Before You Cancel
A few things to know before you start:
You won't lose service immediately. Your line stays active through the end of the current billing cycle.
Your phone number will be permanently disconnected at the end of that cycle and cannot be recovered. The number may later be reassigned to another customer.
If you want to keep the number, port it to your new carrier before you cancel. See Porting Your Number Away from Parrot Mobile.
You can reactivate the line at any time before the cycle ends — see "Changed your mind?" below.
Cancel a Line
Sign in at https://www.parrotmobile.com/app.
Open the line you want to cancel.
Go to the Settings tab.
Scroll to the Cancel Service card and click Cancel Service.
Pick a reason (this helps us improve), then click Cancel My Service.
You'll see a confirmation showing the date your service ends. Your dashboard will display the scheduled cancellation until the cycle finishes.
Changed Your Mind?
If you cancel by accident, or change your mind before the cycle ends:
Open the cancelled line in your dashboard.
On the cancellation banner, click Keep My Service.
Confirm — auto-renewal is restored and your line continues normally.
This only works while the line is still in its scheduled-cancellation window. Once the cycle ends and the number is disconnected, it cannot be recovered.
Closing Your Whole Account
If you have multiple lines and want to close everything, cancel each line individually using the steps above. Once every line is cancelled and the final cycle ends, your account will no longer have any active service.
If you also want your personal data deleted from our systems, email us at support@parrotmobile.com from the email address on the account so we can verify your identity and process the request.
Common Questions
Will I get a refund for the rest of the cycle?
Service stays active through the end of the cycle you've already paid for. Any refund or proration questions are best handled by emailing support@parrotmobile.com with the line and the cancellation date.
Can I keep my number?
Yes — but only if you port it to a new carrier before cancellation completes. Once the line disconnects, the number is gone.
What happens to my voicemails, top-ups, and unused data?
They expire when the line ends. Top-ups and unused plan data don't roll over after cancellation.
