International Calling: Available Countries & Setup

Staying in touch abroad shouldn’t be complicated or costly—which is why each Parrot Mobile plan includes free international calling to over 60 destinations.

How to Make an International Call

Simply dial the international number in one of the two formats below:

• + [Country Code] [Phone Number] (e.g., +22 4444 666666)

• 011 [Country Code] [Phone Number] (e.g., 011 22 4444 666666)

Calls made internationally will have the usual amount of minutes deducted from your phone plan.

Is Your Destination Included?

Is Your Destination Not Included?

For destinations outside your plan's included list, calls are billed against your line's prepaid balance. To make a call to a non-included destination, add funds to your prepaid balance first:

1. Sign in at https://www.parrotmobile.com/app and open the line.

2. On the Home tab, find the Prepaid Balance card and click Add Funds.

3. Once funded, your call will connect and per-minute charges will draw from the balance.

If an international call to an included destination won't connect, double-check that your line's Talk feature is on (in Settings > Features in your dashboard) and that your APN is correct — see APN Settings for Android and iPhone.
