Network Coverage & Signal Issues

Modified on Mon, 5 Jan at 12:05 PM

If you are experiencing any network or coverage issues, here is what you need to know.

  1. Check the Coverage Map

To see the service availability in your area, please review our Coverage Map.

  2. What’s the difference between 5G and 4G?
5G is the fifth generation of wireless cellular technology. As the successor to 4G, it’s built to deliver a superior mobile experience, featuring noticeably faster data speeds, less delay for things like gaming and video calls, and a more stable overall connection.

4G LTE stands for “fourth-generation Long Term Evolution.” While 5G is the latest advancement, 4G LTE is the established, reliable network that provides strong, consistent connectivity for your daily needs like streaming music, Browse websites, and using apps smoothly.

  3. Are you experiencing reception or signal issues?
We recommend that you first review the coverage map of your current location to see if that might be the source of your issue.

If the network is experiencing any issues, we recommend that you use WiFi for text and/or calling to improve service reliability.

  4. Still experiencing issues?

As always, we are here to help! Do not hesitate to reach out to our support team at support@parrotmobile.com if the basic troubleshooting steps above did not work to improve your service.
