If you are experiencing any network or coverage issues, here is what you need to know.
Check the Coverage Map
To see the service availability in your area, please review our Coverage Map.
What's the difference between 5G and 4G?
5G is the latest generation of wireless cellular technology. It delivers faster data speeds, lower latency for gaming and video calls, and a more stable connection where 5G coverage is available. Parrot Mobile supports both 5G SA (standalone) and 5G NSA (non-standalone) on compatible devices.
4G LTE is the established, reliable network used for the vast majority of everyday needs — streaming music, browsing, and using apps. Your phone falls back to 4G LTE automatically when 5G isn't available.
Are you experiencing reception or signal issues?
First, check the coverage map for your current location to confirm the area is supported. Indoor signal can also be weaker than outdoor signal — try moving near a window or stepping outside. If you have Wi-Fi available, turning on Wi-Fi Calling lets you keep making calls and sending texts even when cellular signal is weak. See Using WiFi Calling with Parrot Mobile.
